Submission Guidelines

Rules for Submission

Submitted materials must be related to the positive development of young people, within the following thematic guidelines of the event:

 

  • Pedagogical models that enable the inclusion of children, young people and adults through sport;

  • Sports policies in the development of life skills through sport;

  • The role of parents, managers and other sports agents in training young people through sport;

  • Training coaches in the positive development of young people;

  • Promoting mental health and social justice and intervention strategies through sport.

 

Categories

 

The papers must be in ABSTRACT format and can be written in Portuguese or English.

 

Abstracts of original research and experience reports will be accepted. 

 

Research abstracts must take into account the ethical aspects of scientific experiments on human beings. It must be stated in the text that the consent of the subjects studied (sample) has been obtained and that the ethical (human) procedures have been respected and are in accordance with current legislation.

 

Formatting Material

 

Abstracts should be no longer than 3000 characters, A4 (210 x 297 mm), in portrait mode, typed in Word for Windows version 7.0 or higher.

 

Arial 12 font should be used, with 1.5 line spacing. Top, bottom, left and right margins of 2 cm. 

 

The text should be aligned “justified”, except for the items: Title, Authors and Keywords. 

 

Abstracts should contain the following items: 

 

Research: Title, Authors, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.

Experience Report: Title, Authors, Introduction, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.

Authorship and Certification

 

Up to two scientific papers will be accepted by each responsible author (1st author), with no limitations on co-authors. The first author must be registered for the event.

 

Each paper presented at the congress will receive only one certificate, regardless of the number of authors of the paper registered for the event.

 

Evaluation and Publication

 

The papers will be assessed by two members of the event's Scientific Committee.

 

Approved papers will be published in the event's proceedings, with copyright being transferred to the event organizers.

 

Submission

 

Papers must be sent exclusively via e-mail (submissaosidpje@gmail.com), according to the TEMPLATE. When sending the abstract, the author must name the file and the subject of the e-mail as follows: “SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT - Name of first author”.

 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: MARCH 07, 2025. 

 

It is recommended that the author(s) keep an original copy of the work submitted.
